After a (very) long time without updates a new version of the FANN Delphi
Bindings is available.
This version works with fann 2.1.0beta.
The Fann Dll's are already included in the package, so this version of the
bindings is self contained and does not require the fann C library.
The bindings can be downloaded from:
www.metatec.com.br/fann_delphi_2_0.zip
