understanding fann_get_connection_array()

Hi,

how are the connections ordered in the result of
fann_get_connection_array()? Presumably the *first* connection is from
input layer node 0 to hidden layer 0 node 0, but what order are
subsequent ones? Where do the connections from bias neurons appear?
