huge difference in SSN - not working network

Hi.
I've created neural network in builder which in console mode works good. But
when i tried to paste it and use it in some part of code it doesn't work the
same as before. Network have a problem with learing (needs more iteretions
and got bigger mistake (seems not work corectly).
What could be wrong with it?

I think it is a problem of comma and point in regional writeing. In my
country we use comma, to separate intiger value from decimal. But i still
don't know how to change it.

I sort of remenber I had the same problem ...
to use the standard C locale type (something like)
$ export LC_ALL=C
$ export LANG=C
